Using the marketplace
You must provide accurate information in profiles and listings. Misrepresentation of identity, availability or credentials may result in removal.
Bookings
MELLYS Global facilitates introductions and bookings between parties. Contract terms, deliverables and payment schedules are agreed between the parties unless a managed booking is arranged.
Listings and advertising
Featured placements are subject to availability and editorial review. Advertising fees are non-refundable once a placement goes live.
Prohibited content
No unlawful, exploitative, misleading or discriminatory content. We remove listings that breach these standards without notice.
Liability
The marketplace is provided as-is. We are not liable for the performance of any party in a booking or engagement arranged through the platform.
