Description of Service

Melly’s Global is an online platform designed to connect entertainment agents, casting directors, and employers with independent talent (including models, actors, DJs, singers, and dancers). Our goal is to bring everyone into one platform to eliminate endless group-chat scrolling and make talent discovery easier.

User Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure.
• Agents and talent must be at least 18 years old (or have legal parental/guardian consent) to use this service.

User Conduct & Content Guidelines

• Accuracy: Talent represents that all profile information, photos, and videos uploaded are accurate and belong to them or they have the legal right to use them.
• Prohibited Behavior: Users agree not to upload harmful, misleading, abusive, or copyright-infringing content, or use the platform to harass others.
• Platform Role: Melly’s Global acts as a bridge and directory. We do not act as a direct employer, employment agency, or exclusive manager, and we are not a party to any private agreements or contracts made directly between agents and talent.

Limitation of Liability

Melly’s Global provides its service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct, performance, agreements, or safety of agents and talent interacting outside or through the platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
